Tim Hortons - Imlay City

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at your store when I was refused a refill for my coffee. I have been using my own Tim Hortons mug for the past 5 years and have traveled extensively throughout Canada, the USA, and even up to Mexico, always enjoying 3 or 4 cups of coffee along the way. I love buying coffee from Tim Hortons, and in rare cases when Tim Hortons is not available, I visit Love's Travel Stops all the way up to Mexico. However, today I was unfortunately refused a refill of my medium coffee at your store.

They are charging $1.60 for a cup of water. McDonald's only charges 30 cents for the same thing. I understand that. Tim Hortons trying to make money off of water? That's unacceptable. Especially considering I had a large order. I will not be returning unless they revise their policy.
