Taco Bell - Imlay City

I get there to sit in line at drive thru fairly long line per usual at lunch . No worries there sit patiently in line I'm now one car back and about to be next . Lady orders for a car full and pulls forward. I pull up next no one evers answers the speaker to greet or take order . There's line almost to road behind me I kept saying hello no response. Pull forward and back incase motion sensor didn't work nothing . Pull around to go inside and place order she's now taking the guys order who was behind me the whole line that was ahead of me is gone I ask to place and order and I get a sorry we're busy and brushed off . Nothing like wasting 30 mins total to get nothing. Customer service industry is definitely gone by the way side . If I can't order in person or in the drivethru I'm just simply not going back .

Manager on duty 12/15 at @5pm treated my wife like trash, wife asked for her name she yelled out don’t give my name . So I called she hung up on me I called back she said you don’t need my damn

I have had problems with this location in the past but nothing that made me feel I had to leave a review. However, today I had a great response from a lady that worked the drive through window. I went to get some items that were missing from my order last week and they couldn’t find my name. While trying to figure this out, a lady started yelling at me. If this location had gotten my order correct the first time then I wouldn’t have had to come back and pick up what they forgot. Then when they forgot to write my name down, it complicated everything even more. Such a negative experience here but I am leaving a review now reflecting my experience with her today. Check your bags before leaving though. My biggest complaint with this location is forgotten items as it has happened multiple times.

Decided to give the place one last chance after long service times. I was only gave half my order. In my eyes this is nothing more than robbery. Will never go to this establishment ever again

The general manager came through my drive through she ordered food I was nice to her the whole time even tho she was cussing me out bc I kept asking her what sauce she wanted because she kept ignoring me i told her the total of her order she pulled up to the first window and asked to speak with my manager and then proceeded to cuss her and telling her to fire me I will be coming for her job I will not stop untill she is fired
