Sawaki Ryokan - Imabari

We stayed here one night on the Shimanami route and enjoyed our stay. The staff was very accommodating, the Japanese style rooms large, and the dinner was enormous and very delicious. Pricing is also very reasonable. We would be happy to use the Sawaki Ryokan again on the next ride.

Great place to stay. Good location in the center of this quaint little town. Nice, clean rooms. Friendly staff. No complaints. Very happy with the experience.

Very friendly and hospitable staff especially Mai-san and Sachiko-san who took real good care of us. Ryokan was very bike friendly. They have a special room for bike storage where they have complete set of tools if you want to work on your bike. Ryokan didn’t have an onsen but they can take you via van to the nearest onsen place and would also provide you with the necessary bath essentials.
