Based on the people we asked, netongs lapaz batchoy is the best. we only got google the place and asked people in the market. they are very well known. actually her lapaz batchoy is the best! her puto is also delicious, it is not dry. I'll go back to ilo next time!

In the heart of La Paz market lies Netong’s Original La Paz Batchoy. We ordered the extra special, mine with fresh egg. Boy was my tummy happy Waiter recommended puto and my companion loved it so much he even ordered two for takeout. This place is definitely worth visiting!
