L'auberge de l'ill is one of the three Michelin stars with the solera of the Franciscans, and a must visit in the Alsace. in a small village, with little more than the restaurant, a charming house next to a stone bridge, and next to a small river bellinis on the river bank, on a very nice terrace, and a simple spectacular foie teat, made by themselves in the restaurant I think I will remember it all my life. I recommend going at noon, taking the menu that at a more affordable price than the gastronomic menu allows to try the most emblematic dishes of the house.
