Grand Tiffi - Ilawa

Nice service, very good, fresh food, good SPA. But AC wasn't working during a hotest weekend and despite several complaints... That was really shame guys.

I been there for two nights and I liked it here. Rooms were good and have free wifi. Hotel has playing area for kids including some events. Due to the winters they didn't have water sports. They spa and pool was good. Food was decent not so bad. Walk around the lake is nice which takes 40 one way. It is good for weekend getaway.

To start, I will say I was not expecting much, but I was nicely surprised with the welcome and quality of service. The room is spacious and well fitted, and my family loved the floating lamps. The bathroom is really clean. The food was also very nice and fresh so I had fish all the time. They also have both an indoor and outdoor gym. The pool I could say was not so big, but it's enough, and there was also the dry and wet sauna. There was a possibility to have a room with the lake view, which is awesome.

Really nice hotel right on the lake. Room was extra large, big shower. All necessary items were provided. Food in retaurant was great as well. Sauna, fitness gym and pool were excellent. Breakfast could be better according to hotel level.

Great location, very nice service, and very good standard of rooms. However, the I had impression that the hole place needs an update (tefreshment) in terms of design of interiors to truly be considered a five star hotel. Also, I found it a bit sad that the restaurant and the bar close at 11 pm and the SPA and the swimming pool at 9 pm.
