Classic Burger - Ilagan

I really love the decor of this restaurant; it's quite artistic. The food was delicious, and the drinks were fantastic as well. It's an excellent spot to relax and spend time with friends and family, especially in the evening. The dining experience is casual, where you order, eat, and then pay the bill. I highly recommend that everyone give this place a try!

When it comes to burgers, less is more for me. Classic Burger offers an exceptionally delicious Longanisa Burger reminiscent of Vigan flavors. It features a nicely seared, juicy patty that’s slightly pink inside, topped with American cheese, a couple of tomato slices, crisp green leaf lettuce, a tangy, creamy sauce, all nestled in a wonderfully soft bun. This is what makes a fantastic burger in my opinion. Usually, restaurants try to stand out by promoting their ‘special’ sauces, but Classic Burger flips that tradition and has mastered a truly delightful sauce that complements their offerings. We ordered the Classic Burger (beef patty, milk bun, American cheese, creamy/tangy mayo, and lettuce served with tasty fries), cheesy fries (loaded with cheddar), a Monster Sundae (chocolate), and grilled baby back ribs. The patty was cooked to perfection, and the simplicity of the burger allowed the flavors to shine through. The bun was incredibly soft and paired beautifully with the meaty ingredients, making it so easy to enjoy that I almost didn’t realize I had finished it! While the sauce was fantastic, I found myself wishing for a little more of it. The fries were just how I like them – thick and salty. As for the dessert, I highly recommend the Monster Sundae for chocolate enthusiasts; it’s a heavenly mix of java chips and chocolate-flavored sundae, generously topped with sprinkles and chocolate syrup. The grilled baby back ribs were a standout, cooked to perfection and served with a flavorful vegetable side dish. Overall, Classic Burger exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to visit again!
