Willows Coffee Shop - Igra

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. I have been here several times now and I am always satisfied. The food is delicious, with a great menu offering everything from light lunches to main meals. They also have a variety of desserts like scones and cakes. I always enjoy stopping by for lunch when I am in town, and the best part is that it is dog-friendly.

Being told that this Cafe would be the ideal place to grab a light lunch, how sad was the experience.... words fail me in the whole experience staff were that can be at best described as RUDE .... as for the so called freshly baked scones we were served more like a rock scone.... totally disgusting

Visited Willows this afternoon as party of 4 for afternoon tea First class service and food was delicious Lots of tasty treats highly recommended and will definitely be back

Staff were just so unbelievably rude. Came over to the table “what do you want”, not an exaggeration. No smiles, snatching dockets off me after it came out under my sandwich…(not very hygienic might I add) Will not be coming back

My friends and me visited on the 2nd November for lunch, they advertise chicken liver pate on line but was told when I wanted to order that they hadn’t done this for a long time. Also no non alcohol beer was available, much to the disappointment of my friend who was driving. They also advertise Mackies ice cream is served there, well as a fan of Mackies ice cream and buy it often (vanilla) I ordered this only to be presented with a yellow coloured ice cream Mackies vanilla is white ? It also hada lot of ice crystals in it not nice. The soup was really nice and the bread with it was lovely, the girl who served us was friendly, but we won’t be back.
