Contribuiți la feedbackI have here for coffee weighted 16 euro for 3, but thought menu looked ok and the place so went back (following) meal was the smallest portions we have ever encountered, one thin slices of carrots, one aubergine leaf, one minute flourishing by Brocilli...approximately 3/4 of an inch , but the potoato was the biggest sweat of all grat, a tiny bit of a
French friends invited us to lunch in the l’auberge du pressoir. the last reviews varied from good to terrible and I was a bit slow to go there. the first surprise, we were the only guests on Friday afternoon. did the locals know what we did, didn't they or had they all taken to the coast for the summer? the service was friendly and efficient and eating ok, but nothing to write home. I guess most of them were prepared and just reheated. it was a hot summer day and we ordered apple wine at euro 16 a bottle that I can buy for euro 3 in my local super market. the baguette was the cheapest quality they get in every super market. let's go back. there are many restaurants in the region rouen that offer much better eating to similar trips.
We were looking for somewhere to dinner at the end of a 650 mile trip to France below. it was late [after 2100,] we saw this place right before a crucifixion and they agreed to serve us. that was eating. chic when a little fussy with many interesting things on the teller. the service was very fast I guess because we were so late. I'd eat here again.
We ate here in May 2013 on holiday. my escargot was overcooked. the whole presentation of the meal seemed as if it were from the 1980s. my wife had a calf ball that seemed awfully overcooked. nothing stood as awfully delicious, moderately at...best the waiter was efficient, but for the price we paid for eating, we have expected much more. I wouldn't come back.
Very pretty restaurantJust arrived in Thoiry for "the" wedding of the year! Quick lunch before getting a hair cut and dressed too.
