Wendy's - Idaho Falls

I enjoy Wendy's and their fresh, hot, salty fries. Some of the employees recognize us and anticipate our needs. However, I often feel that the seating area is a bit unclean, and I'm realizing that I need to eat healthier because the food at Wendy's doesn't taste as good as it used to. Maybe that's just me?

I had the worst service I've ever experienced. The woman at the window was incredibly rude and unprofessional. It reflects poorly on the restaurant as a whole, especially when they attempt to call and let someone know something, but no one picks up the phone.

The food was excellent, but the service was extremely slow. There were 15 people waiting behind me, and only one woman at the register.

I had breakfast from this place and ordered the chicken, bacon, and maple dish. Unfortunately, it seemed like the chicken wasn't fully cooked. I'm really hoping I won't get sick from it. Everything else my family ordered was great, though—just my chicken was the issue!

I went through the drive-through at this location and the stupid chick running it made fun of my bald head. I have a condition; not everyone can grow hair. I would love to talk to corporate about this
