Took 10 minutes to get my 2nd drink because the order machine ran out of tape

Google and the Starbucks app both said this location opened at 5:30 am, and I went through the drive through. I sat for about 5 minutes at the speaker before driving around to double check the hours. There are no hours of operation posted on the building at all. I placed an order obline for pickup and it says it will be ready about 5:45 am. I drove through the drove thru and sat again for 5 minutes before I actively called the store. They answered and explained that they actually opened at 6. It happens, whatever. The reason I 'm giving 1 star is it takes two seconds to activate your headset to say our hours are wrong, so sorry.

Love the vanilla bean steamer! The atmosphere is always amazing, great for studying with a snack.

First time in a Starbucks. Very expensive mid size cup of hot chocolate. But the store was nice and friendly.

The customer service here is outstanding! The staff makes an effort to remember customers' names and their favorite drinks. It is a bit surprising how they call out our names before they even see us when we place our orders at the drive-thru. I've also noticed that this location has a low turnover rate, which reflects positively on the management style in place here.
