Papa Johns Pizza - Idaho Falls

The Snake River Valley Chapter of the National Federation of the Blind of Idaho loves Papa John's Pizza! You should too!!

It is a place mainly for take away or delivery. There are only two tables for dinning in. But staffs were very responsive.

Wonderful pizza, horrible customer service. This stuffed crust pizza was delicious but the customer service needs some work. When I get there to do carryout, I open the door and there is immediately a table there and a clear plexiglass and a gentleman comes up and says, what is the name on your order and I tell him and he says, I need you to pay for it and I do. I had close to $4 cash coming back and I tell him to keep the change and it confuses him. Meanwhile, I noticed he is alone, but he is searching for someone, so somebody else has to be there, but he hands me my pizza and says, 'There ya go. ' I said thank you and proceeded to open the pizza to check it out and make sure it was correct. It was and it looked wonderful too. I said thanks to the worker and he said you are welcome and I left. Not great service at all, but that 's great pizza.

Yesterday we ordered pizza for the kids and we picked it up on our way home. We ordered cheese sticks, garlic knots, and a 2 liter soda on top of the pizza. We picked our pizza up and drove home, upon getting there we realized that we did not have any garlic knots and instead had breadsticks, and we did not get cheese sticks and instead got bacon cheese sticks. And no 2 Liter of soda. I called back and talked to the manager who promptly made sure to remake our order and have it delivered to us. Great customer service and I appreciate the way you made this right for my family!

Its really easy to cook and its so delisous!! Just don't cook it for to long because then the bottom gets brown
