Tribeca - Pub & Charcoal Grill - Iaşi

Am găsit o bucată ascuțită de plastic în burgerul meu cu brânză halloumi. Când am confruntat personalul, răspunsul a fost că ei nu fac carnea, deci nu le aparține vina. Dar burgerul meu nu avea carne. Oricum, nu voi reveni și nu pot recomanda acest loc.

Am mers aseară cu fetele și serviciul a fost foarte prost. Chelnerul (George) a fost foarte lipsit de respect. Mâncarea din acest restaurant a fost bună, nu grozavă, dar decentă. Stai departe!

Am mâncat cu familia. Steaua T-bone și coastă de porc sunt cu siguranță o recomandare. Personalul este foarte prietenos.

I went there 2 times in one month. The food was good everytime, but the service was awful the second time. The waiter brought us different beers, one food order was wrong, and it took 10 minutes to bring the check. In an empty restaurant

The restaurant was pretty empty. Took at least 40 minutes to get the food (and the food was not particularly intricate to say the least). They forgot to bring the beer, so we had to remind them. We ordered two rare steaks - one came out well done, the other came out medium. Both were completely cold. I complained about the well done steak and the waitress offered to replace it. She came back with a new - rare (and warm) - steak. When we got the bill (the only part of the service that was fast), they charged us for the steak that they made incorrectly, as well as for the replacement!! When we asked them about it, they made some excuses. Said that they could have only refund us for the order they screwed up if they had taken back the (bad) steak. This was never offered to us! Then she said that if we don't pay for it, they would take it out of her salary. I suspect that's just a lie. She then also said that this is how it's done in Romania. The food wasn't bad (but also not particularly good). I'd stay away from this place.
