Jade Gardens - Hyndburn

I was not impressed with this restaurant. We had our Christmas work party there, but there were no decorations inside. I paid £6.00 for a double vodka and lemonade, which I thought was somewhat steep. The beef I ordered was slimy and the chicken was just okay. They exchanged the beef for a vegetarian dish, but then we had to wait for our plates to be cleaned. After that, we sat and waited for someone to take our drink order or give us the pudding menu, but no one came. After 45 minutes, we decided to ask for the bill and move on. We mentioned that we had not been apologized to for the wait.

I agree with Polly Pollard that the lemon wedge was the most beautiful touch to the dish. The bowl of water was exquisite and perfectly cooked.

I really enjoyed my dining experience at pollypollard. The staff was friendly and even let me cook my own tea. My favorite part was the small bowl of water with a lemon wedge for cleaning my fingers.

The staff here are friendly and quick with food,which is amazing,nice atmosphere with a homely feel to it makes you feel welcome! Yummy food,can't complain!

Mr. lee mills. very nice eating and very good value for money...more beautiful place to eat with a beautiful atmosphere! very friendly staff and many selection of food from the menu.hohe recommended!
