Gaia - Hyères

Encore une fois en vacances à Hyères. Notre restaurant végétarien, un incontournable. Toujours un plaisir d'autant plus que la carte est changée. Nous découvrons de nouvelles saveurs, de nouveaux plats. Toujours avec délicatesse, raffinement et fait maison. Pour conclure, un service au top, souriant et attentionné. Un véritable plaisir.

Quel dire ; Nous ne savions pas où manger, la valeur sûre pour moi est de toujours chercher un restaurant végétarien car très souvent (pour ne pas dire toujours) les restaurateurs de ce type de cuisine, maîtrisent très bien la diversité des plats pour répondre aux attentes de tous leurs clients. Ce fut une très belle découverte, nous avons été conquis par le peanut butter en dessert. A très bientôt

To dinner. it is a beautiful relaxed small beach area. service was friendly and fast. we had the charlotte aubergine to share and then the avocado waffeln and the nasi goreng, all excellent, followed by brioche perdu for dessert. from further up. down on the coast and it was worth the trip. would go again!

Veggies in fire! all compliments for good health and honest eating. Original combinations and all high in taste. combined with polite and positive employees. wish them all good!
