Starter went back badly cooked mushroom and cold garlic sauce. Main meat feast bucket bland lacking any flavours chips cold and looked as though they had been sat about all night. Would never eat hear again

Maybe it takes longer to get your food but it is tasty. We like it here and we will revisit. Wacky Warehouse is close, so kids sorted as well :

I have never written a review before but feel compelled to after the service I have had! Unbelievable service!! I am working away and tonight staying in Southampton, long day so decided to eat in pub next door as too tired to travel far. Having stood at meet greet station for 10 mins being totally ignored, I went to bar to be told Meet Greet is not being used tonight as short staffed. I ordered a glass of wine to go with meal, waitress came back and said they have no clean wine glasses would I have my wine in another glass? I asked what they had in mind, she came back with a pint glass! I said no, I asked why she could not wash one, she said well they are all on tables needing collecting. I pointed out that she could pick one up and wash it. Very huffy she when off, brought back a glass of wine. Don't know if my imagination but looks non too clean, I pointed this out and was told it was water marks from cleaning. Meal is horrible: : not the best decision to eat here. I have asked to speak to manager about these problems, I have to say he was very apologetic and embarrassed. I think the food may be the worst I have ever had!!

Considering most of the reviews are bad, my time here was actually quite good. all meat was cooked properly, we had 18 guests and all food were made one after another. don't understand why people are complaining, the hospitality was great and the food was amazing.

20 people in restaurant side not even busy told we would have to wait an hour absoloutly **** wouldnt waste my time very poor and the staff not much better
