Contribuiți la feedbackThis was my first visit to the Culinary Institute of America. American Bounty was a wonderful experience. The menu offerings were plentiful and varied- it was hard to decide what to order. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented, from the bread to appetizers to main course and dessert. My guest and I had grilled asparagus and crab cakes to start. For our main course we had lamb and salmon. For dessert we had the most delicious flourless chocolate cake Iâve ever had. The service was excellent too. It was a delightful experience.
The server were very professional. we were disappointed, however, that they do not have all the selections on the menu. a household please inform the server the guests when they receive the menu if there are elements that have changed or are not available. this would make it easier to decide in time. we had to make a tedious decision when we were informed that there was no hit by lamb or bourbon cocktail when we gave our order. If we had known before, we would have given ourselves some time to think about our other options.
The service was missing. plates were not deleted. food served without utensils. in the ground bad service for a restaurant this kalibers.
Very nice ambiance and food. I will definitely go back.
To bad that we live in Suffern, because we would be eating more at the CIA! But parking does present a problem!
