Contribuiți la feedbackThey have a good understanding of veganism and recently added a new vegan menu with a variety of Vietnamese and Western dishes. Some of the Western dishes have their own unique twist (like the leek tartlet), but they are still learning and improving. The owner personally made us breakfast every day and even accommodated our request for tofu scramble. They are mindful that buffets may not be vegan-friendly due to cross-contamination. The same waiter remembered us by name and our dietary preferences, making our experience more personalized. They were also able to accommodate a gluten-free child and even learned how to make gluten-free pizzas. I highly recommend this restaurant!
We had a wonderful week at the Fusion Resort, where all our vegan needs were not only met but exceeded. The breakfast buffet each morning was plentiful and always included a vegan option alongside a salad bar, fruit, and bread with a variety of spreads like peanut butter, jams, and seeds. In addition, the chef prepared a warm dish each morning such as a fresh noodle soup or a rice roll plate. For lunch and dinner, there was an extensive vegan a la carte menu with salads, appetizers, and entrees. The staff even offered to create a special dish for us if we were tired of the menu. The resort itself was luxurious, with at least two spa treatments included every day. Guests could enjoy massages, facial treatments, pedicures, and more. The rooms featured a large bathtub where the staff could prepare a special herbal bath upon request. The staff was well-trained and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better place for a vegan-friendly getaway.
The restaurant is very knowledgeable about veganism and has recently introduced a new vegan menu featuring a variety of Vietnamese and Western dishes. While some of the Western dishes have their own unique twist (such as the leek tartlet), they are still refining their recipes. The chef was accommodating and even prepared a special dish for us upon request. They understand the challenges of finding vegan options at buffets and made an effort to cater to our dietary needs. The staff was attentive and remembered our names, making it easy to communicate our preferences. They were also able to accommodate a gluten-free child and even offer gluten-free pizza. I highly recommend this restaurant.
We spent a heavenly week in the fusion resort, and all our vegan needs were not only fulfilled, but exceeded. the breakfast buffet on the morning was abundant and always included at least one vegan option in addition to salatable, fruit and brot with numerous planted peanut butter, jams, seeds) . I also requested haefer flour every day. In addition, the chef prepares us for each morning of our stay a different hot dish, one day it was a fresh nudel soup, one day a rice roll plate. for lunch and dinner there was a well developed vegan a la carte menu with salads, 4 or 5 appetizers and 8 or 9 entrees and the staff told us that if we had the menu tired, the cook would be happy to create something just for us. the resort itself was luxurious and included at least two spa treatments every day of their stay. they could have massages, facial treatments, pedicure, etc. the rooms have a huge bath in which the staff will prepare a special criminal bath on request. the personal was very well trained and happy. can imagine a better place for a vegan-backed short holiday.
