The girl at the counter acted like she didn't want us there. We showed our coupons before we ordered, when we got to the checkout she charged us full price and said we don't accept those coupons. The guy in the back changed it but not what wewanted.

Dear Subway and Lynn specifically, I want to reach out and apologize for my recent visit. Asking for a modifier that is offered on your menu board is simply unacceptable. For that, I 'm sorry. I 'm so fortunate that you did not call the police thenand there for such treacherous behavior. Asking for a glass of water. Unacceptable. The fact that you only rolled your eyes atme in response is something I 'm wildly thankful for. I deserved so much worse for such a wildly inconsiderate request on mypart. I 'm so embarrassed to behave in such a way in public. I can 't even imagine what I would have done next without yourguidance....Ask to use the restroom? The humanity!!!!! I want to thank you for giving me a blank stare in response to thankyou . That was simply unacceptable on my part. I 'm sorry. I have to remember it 's the 21st century and that type of hate speechis no longer acceptable. Thank you again for reminding me that you can have the most beautiful Subway on the planet.(Seriously, the place looks great! Nothing will replace great people in this industry.
