I absolutely love the food at this restaurant, but I was disappointed by the lack of assistance when it comes to picking up to-go orders. I witnessed a lady who had placed an order and returned to collect her food, but no one was around to check if her order was ready. We ended up chatting for about 10 minutes, during which a bag of food was sitting right on the bench where she was waiting. Eventually, she managed to get a waitress's attention and inquired about her to-go order, which turned out to be the food sitting on the bench all along, available for her to take 10 minutes earlier. Their organizational skills really need improvement, and it's a shame to see such a wonderful restaurant with excellent food being run this way.

Food, Our liver was overcooked hard. Disappointed because we really love liver onions. Service, the young women with long dark hair was polite very helpful. The atmosphere, cute cozy, but the music was blazingly loud so it was hard to hear the waitress. I don't understand the need to crank up the music because it's better as lower volume, background music so people can hear themselves without raising voices. Overall, disappointed. Service: Take out
