The Pho is probably the most consistent and well priced dish although the beef may have been sourced recently from the cows nether regions of late due to its rubbery texture. The fried chicken use to be good but unless you like ultra dry sandpaper like flesh, you will find it a big letdown. Finally, the lady boss although having seen and served me for the past months, has the personality of a lamp post and it's almost like she's doing you a huge favour by accepting my money. When she does smile (only to her friends), it's a very awkward sight for all to witness as you know she is a massive hater deep down

Bistro staff are disrecpectiful to their customers and also rude to their lyal customers. Me and a friend spent over on food alone and when i asked for more ketchup, the boss decides to be a smart ass and said ti woul dbe dollar. The sauce is alwasy free when it was placed outside and as a rtegular customer, this bistro needs to treat its customers better. Food is horrible. The fried rice is all sweet and no taste. IF it werent for the bar i wouldnt erven patronise this place.ITs ridacalous charging epople dollar for stupid sauce that it only costs them dollar to buy in bulk wholesale First time i had to beg for tomato sauce with my chips. Just this experience i will never go back again.The lady decided to justify herself by saying shops chsrge extra for extra serving of ketchup an di shut her up by saying that if i wwere to go to a kebab store and ask for more tomato sauce, they would refill it for free unless of course you ask for special sauce like mayo or sweet chilli.Retarded staff doesnt even know what Sweet Chilli is and gave me their horrible chinese chilli sauce. You are a bistro, start acting like one. Dott even bother patronising the bistro, take your business elsewhereRude, Obnoxious and Stingy Staff i am suprised this stupid bistro hasnt gone out of business yet. I used ot be a regular customer and spend top dollars on food and drinks.but after this incident, I will go to kebab store for chips and other bistros instead such as south hurstville RSL
