Rosa's Café Tortilla Factory - Hurst

Disappointed in everything. Service was rude. They were more into gossiping about another co worker in Spanish. (I am Hispanic myself) I was not given my receipt so I?m not sure who she was, but I believe she was a manager. She seemed upset about what wasbeing said of the co worker and was snappy with me at the window which I ignored because it was her having the bad day not me.Got back to work to see how poorly my nachos were made. I had asked for the sour cream to be on the side, which it was not.Their was very little meat on my plate and really that one nacho on top had the majority of the meat on it. It looked as if theypoured more grease on my food than meat. Highly dissatisfied. I?ll just pay the same price for authentic Mexican food at LosAlbertos.

To be honest, the refried beans tasted like they came straight out of a can. The flour tortillas cooled down quickly, possibly due to the cold air from the overhead fans in the dining area. The potatoes didn't taste like potatoes at all; they were more reminiscent of something sweet. The chorizo and eggs were acceptable but nothing special. I really wanted to enjoy the food, but unfortunately, it just didn't meet my expectations.

I know most people know about ?Taco Tuesday? night, but this should be ?Enchilada Night?! I got chicken enchiladas with sour cream sauce and my husband got beef enchiladas. Mine were SO GOOD!! The chicken was so flavorful?I was surprised! My husbandsaid his was ?off the chain?. Yum

Always a solid spot to go for a quick lunch or a really good breakfast taco. The staff here are nice and they are quick with making and preparing your order. I always get the breakfast tacos and they are so good to start your morning with. Will be backfor more good food!

Haven't been in a while but reading some of the reviews I see not much has changed I don't really eat the food here because it is quite bland in my opinion!!! I literally only come when I get a craving for their chips and salsa and i like to add a coupleof tortillas with it... that's it. Also it has always boggled my mind that they give you enough chips for 40 days and 40 nightswith these little bitty cups of salsa or queso. The large is about 8oz is salsa and they give a huge bag of chips filled to thebrim. How wasteful.
