Pho One - Hurst

I absolutely loved the food here. Fresh, spicy and scrumptious.

This place is clean and nice, and has a cool and well maintained aquarium. They have a very attentive and helpful staff. This was our first time and we only tried the pho but it was good!Vegetarian options: There is a page on the regular menu that has a long list of various vegetarian options that is super clear and easy to see. It's very nice that it's a section so I can see all my options at once together!

The pork in the pork vermicelli was very good, very little fat and nice crispy edges.

I ordered Pho ahead to-go. Food was ready on time so that was nice but it was separated into a cup, box, and baggy? I didn't realize until I got into work and didn't have a big enough bowl to combine ingredients.. not happy.

The food was ready in like 10 minutes and it's some of the best pho i've ever had in my life! The meat to noodle to broth ratio is excellent for a large and the variety was amazing!
