Corner Bakery - Hurst

Food has been hit or miss. Today was ok b u t I drove thru and waited a good 15 minutes when I pulled up to the window. No one came at all. Finally the girl came and took the money and handed me the food. It seemed like she took the order then had to prepare it.. I was sitting there wondering what was going on. It was odd that no one greeted me. I was considering driving off.The last time I went had a salad but threw out a bunch of brown lettuce. I believe I waited quite awhile for that order too. They clearly need help or just need to close this location

The pasta was okay but nothing amazing. The strawberry lemonade was sweet and pretty good tho. The main thing that stands out is that they were clearly understaffed, but the manager (who took my order) did the best he could with what he had. It's always rough seeing fast food staff having a hard time because no one came to work.Vegetarian options: They have a few vegetarian options, but if you're vegan like me, you're screwed.

Well at least the place is clean. Out of bread and limiting their ingredients because they are running out of them. Instead of being upfront with customers you sell them pasta with no sauce. Until customer complains then you tell them the truth.Go to another location. Don't waste your time on cold food, slow service (over 20 minutes to get food with only 2 small orders ahead of you), and food that tastes on par with food they serve in prison. Of course their only recourse for our bad experience was to say sorry, would not even offer a refund since our meal was incomplete.

Ordered 2 plates of chicken carbonara and came with absolutely not even a sprinkle of chicken. Not even 1 single green pea. The portion was 1/4 of what we used to get and now they charge a higher price!!! For less. And our food was cold, tasteless and the little cheese they added didn’t even melt because it was too cold. Also the black lady told us they were already closed right after they served our food, it was 6:45pm and the restaurant closes at 7:00pm. If y’all didn’t have the ingredients or didn’t want to make our plates you shouldn’t have taken our money.I brought my brother here and we both decided to NEVER COME BACK and I will tell others to not come here either.This place used to be good, now is BAD??
