Chick-fil-a - Hurst

I often grab breakfast here on my way back to work after my physical therapy sessions. It's a perfect place for a quick meal or to go through the drive-thru. The food is excellent, and the service is always quick. It truly lifts my spirits!

The layout of this Chick-fil-A is quite confusing, to say the least. The drive-thru feels like a maze. You start right at the pickup window, then have to drive past the restaurant and exit through the back parking lot. After that, you travel about 40 feet before entering the back lot again and winding your way back to the front to place your order. It’s hard to believe until you see it for yourself. They easily could have avoided this issue by simply switching the layout so that the drive-thru was on the opposite side of the entrance. It’s not complicated—just a matter of common sense. On the bright side, the sandwich was fantastic, but navigating the drive-thru left me a bit confused. It felt like I was a mouse trapped in a maze!
