Brooklyn Pizzeria - Hurst

Excellent New York style pizza! Ordered a supreme pizza over the phone for takeout shortly before closing time. It was ready very quickly. Covered with toppings (no skimping here), hot and fresh! This is definitely our new go to pizza spot. Owner was friendly and courteous. I was already back home eating pizza in the time that most pizza places would've taken just to prepare the pizza for pick up. Can't wait to try some of the other dishes after reading reviews.

Pizza here is great but stay away from their eggplant dishes unless you like to eat tough and chewy eggplant. Tried their rollatini one day and parmigiana another time hoping it was just a fluke but no such luck. They clearly do not understand how to cook eggplant correctly. Had pasta trio and lasagna other times and they are just okay. Stuffed mushrooms are served sitting in a pool of oil.

I recently had the chance to try out Brooklyn Pizza in Hurst, and while the pizza itself was quite good, the same couldn't be said for their pasta and wings.Let's start with the pizza, which was undoubtedly the highlight of my visit. The pizza truly lived up to its reputation, and I can see why it's a popular choice among locals.Unfortunately, the same level of satisfaction couldn't be found in the pasta dishes. I ordered a plate of pasta, expecting a burst of flavors, but it fell flat. The lack of seasoning left much to be desired, and I couldn't help but feel underwhelmed. The pasta felt like it was missing that extra touch to make it truly enjoyable.Moving on to the wings, I was left disappointed yet again. The wings seemed to be nothing more than your average frozen variety, reminiscent of Tyson's wings. They lacked the unique flavors and crispiness that I had hoped for. It felt like an easy way out for the establishment, and it was a letdown considering the promising start with the pizza.Overall, my experience at Brooklyn Pizza in Hurst was a mixed bag. While the pizza was definitely the star of the show with its perfect sauce-to-crust ratio and crispiness, the pasta and wings failed to impress. If you're solely looking for a satisfying pizza experience, this place might be worth a visit.

I work up the street from this place and have never tried it before. So I wanted pizza so I figured try it out. The delivery was quick on time and my pizza was hot and melty. This was some of the best pizza i've had in years. I will definitely be coming back multiple times
