Wendy's - Hurricane

We stopped this afternoon after lunch. When we got our food, I took a bite of the fries and they were cold. there was an associated wizard and ask customers eat in the dining room when everything was good. I said your fries are cold, he pulled the fries into the garbage and the manager came out to apologize for it. Honestlyi had never replaced a fast food when they were cold. I really appreciate that. Thank you Wendy 's in Hurricane for care when the customer 's fries again cold and for replacing them with a fresh batch.

The old Wendy's of Teays Valley is closed (at McDonald's), and this is the brand new (since Valley Veterinarian)! Not only this place is new, fresh, clean, but they have also added BREAKFAST to their menu, so I cannot wait to try it out. The new theme seems modern to lean, with many straight lines 90°angles, with a focus on gray red colors, and many open windows space. Huge windows. Very refreshing. All the same big Burger pages Wendy's is famous for, plus, have I mentioned that they serve breakfast now? Staff are friendly and friendly and seem to enjoy their new excavations (and it shows). The dining area is spacious, with a lot of height, giving it an even more spacious feeling. Windows from the ceiling height to the walkway level there is a very bright, wide open atmosphere. If you haven't been to Wendy's or have not yet visited a new upgrade, I highly recommend it.

Nice new place. The food was good. The service was a little slow. Management should help workers to speed it up and work together as a team. Very friendly workers with beautiful smiles that did not make the wait for food so bad. I'd go back next time.

It's very busy. You're doing a really good job. The employees were friendly and the ordering process was easy. Our sandwiches didn't last long and they were freshly made. The dining room was clean and so were the toilets. I'll definitely be back by when I'm in the area. I give them a big thumb!

We love Wendy’s it is always good. But not happy with new soda machines. The Coke does not taste correct. All fast food restaurant are goes to these. This location needs an update.
