Tourists beware and avoid if possible. Company is out to charge you and more so you might be putting your life in danger on their UTV tours. The rental company has unsafe practices and guides don't inform you on the hazards and direct you into scenarios that can get you killed. (literally). We followed the instructions provided by the guide in the path and the speed and ended up in an bad accident. The company is taking no responsibility. This was on a guided UTV trip in Nov 2021. Moreover they are not available to discuss the issue and sent a 3000 bill via debt collection agency. No accountability on safety and intentional lack of information on what you can end up paying.
Terrible UTV experience. Stay away! We followed almost non existent guide instructions to the letter and ended up having a bad accident. Besides medical issues (that they of course don't cover), they stick you with multi-thousand dollar bill. They carry zero responsibility for lack of instructions and resulting accident. Oh, and they never return emails or calls. Unless you want to get hit with thousands in bills and have an awful experience, stay away!
We rented a speedboat and a tube for our family of 5 to enjoy the afternoon on the lake. we were thrilled and could not wait to see the boat. the first reaction was disappointing. After I spent $500 for a 2-hour rental, I had expected more. the boot was dirty, there was dirt over the sitting, could not see out of the windshield because of dirt, it was rubbing on the boat around. it was obviously not washed out after the last rental. the young lady who gave us operating instructions missed an important point to move the boot from neutral. when she pushed us in direction buey, I was left to myself. After I gave us the most instructions, I asked if the radio was equipped with a radio. She then started pushing us out and replied that she wasn't safe, but thought. there was no radio. at the end of the day enjoyed my family. but for the amount of geld for 2 hours, it would have done more definitiw to prepare the boot, know what is equipped on the boat and make sure that all important operating instructions are given.
Overall experience was just ok. The lake itself was very nice and we had a great time on the lake tubing and water skiing. The rental place didn’t really know what they were doing. One person sent our group of 8 down to the dock, then the dock set us back up to get life jackets, then sent us back to the dock. Then two people had to go back up to get paperwork from the office. Once we got on the boat someone drove us out into the lake to show us how to operate the boat and use the equipment. The guy couldn’t answer any of our questions like what’s the best way to water ski or how to use the wave blocker they include with the rental. The boat itself was just ok, it had a radio which was fun to use.
