Taco Bell - Hurricane

Placed a mobile order for pickup in store the app and online said lobby closed at 10 we got there at 915 and it was locked. Waited in a long line staff was then rude about it and food was cold. We traveled from saint albans to come here. Ridiculous.

Go during the week for day shift. Avoid at all costs on evening/night shift or weekends. The caliber of those working drastically changes. Decent food at the right time. Dare I say: good. God awful pig swill at the wrong times.

10/10 the worst taco bell in the area. food is always soggy because there’s way too much sauce. always missing something. 9/10 times there’s no napkins or sauce in the bag when requested. they throw stuff in the bag so it’s opened when given to us. Hurricane Taco bell is ran 100% better and has better service than teays could ever imagine.

If I could give them negative stars I would. They always get the order wrong and end up overpaying for what they give me. Trash.
