When you are using coupons you might make sure you are given credit for it. We purchase 1 item and the coupon said 5.99. They rang it up at 8.67. We question the amount and they said it was taxes. Then they tryed to correct it. It came to 7.43. We accepted it and went on are way. Although the employees were working hard, everything was looking clean, and the order was good. The fact remains that if a customer uses a coupon, they have not been trained to apply it to the order. Or the register does not accept coupon. Anyway if someone has a large order and uses coupons they might not be credited for it, and their receipt does not tell you anything but the cost of the order.

It seems every time I order from here they NEVER and I mean never get my order correct. Ordered two pizza breads and neither had toppings. When I called he said they had an over load of pizza bread orders. I?ll be ordering from Teays Valley or Eleanor. When you have to go back every time for the right order it gets ridiculous.

My friend treated me to what was advertised as “barbecued” chicken wings yesterday, and I was thoroughly disappointed. They looked unappetizing with a watery sauce that was overwhelmingly vinegary, and they were supposed to be hot wings... completely inedible! This quality of food is unacceptable given the price, especially considering I couldn’t even eat them. I really hope there's a manager who takes this seriously. Do they even care?
