Charleys Philly Steaks - Hurlburt Field

For $10 that was a huge steak sandwich. I don’t understand the complaints. The steak was was well seasoned and well cooked. It was not overwhelmed with cheese sauce. The lettuce and tomato is not necessary for a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich but it doesn’t hurt. Service was a little slow but it was lunch time.

Absolutely amazing service and great food. Hopefully, this location gets a breakfast menu soon. If you have base access, you should definitely go here for lunch or dinner. Inquire about breakfast so it can happen!

No seasoned salt for the fries and even denied it when requested. Bummer. Also, the Buffalo sauce was off today, it didn’t have that bright orange color and was little more brown…taste was off. Something isn’t the same at this location.

Be careful when ordering the new Old School! Mine did not look anything like the picture. It was drowning in so much cheese whiz I couldn 't see if there was any steak on the sandwich. I spent more time scooping cheese whiz off my sandwich than eating it. I should have stuck with my regular order. Not a fan of the new Old school.
