The Local - Huonville

What a cute little cafe in Huonville! Friendly staff, great food and coffee and a fun play area out the back for the kids! Perfect for families and I would definitely recommend and we will be back

My first visit here 2 weeks ago and I will drop in again when I'm next in Huonville. The coffee was delicious, staff friendly, the peanut butter brownie the best I've ever had! I could actually taste the peanut butter.... I luuuurve peanut butter. Thanks, The Local!

Visiting the area from Perth, WA and after working our way through the cafes along the strip we were still on the hunt for a really good coffee.. when we *finally* came across The Local to say we were thrilled is an understatement! Hands down the best coffee and treats we’ve had all trip. Double espresso was smooth and the almond iced latte was perfect 10/10 service super friendly and we felt extremely welcome. Thanks again, we’ll be back every day until we leave

Shout out for this little business. If anyone is taking a trip to Huonville, do yourself a favour and call into this place for the perfect coffee and fabulous service. Was also pleasantly surprised and impressed by the discount offered for being a volunteer firey when I called in for a takeaway in my blues on the way to first aid training at Huonville Fire Station. Will be visiting again even if it is in my civvies at full price!
