Smokin' Hot Chip Truck - Huntsville

'This might be the best brisket I 've had in my 43 years of life. ' my husband. We LOVED it! Portions are huge, small fries, plenty for a side for 2 people. Brisket on a bun was delicious and they were happy to add lettuce and tomato. No washroom so have to use an outhouse but it was surpsingly extremely clean. Will definitely be back if we are in the area. Staff was extremely friendly also!

Absolutely delicious ribs and brisket. The entire smokers/BBQ setup was so impressive. The family even waited for me to come after they had already closed. Next time we are in the area we will come earlier and try all the items that were already sold out. Thanks so much!

This place is the epitome of legit barbecue. We knew it would be good as we waited in line, watching someone slice brisket beside us while another chopped wood. Many items were sold out as it was closer to the end of the day, but everything we ordered was delicious. Plenty of seating with water views. The vibe was right with plenty of southern/country vintage decor and music. The pulled pork was amazing. Highly recommend!

Had the turkey sandwich and half rack of ribs quite pricey at 35$ and really wanted to love the heck out of it based on their description and reviews. It was good enough for me to rate 5 stars but..... The turkey sandwich was well put together with a mound of turkey lettuce and tomato. The turkey was almost too much, but and a big but.....maybe it's just me but I didn't taste the smokey flavour I've been used to with smoked turkey, plus the meat was dry. The ribs....they were certainly well smoked but we're a bit dry. More sauce may have helped. They were perfectly cooked and nice flavour from their seasoning sauce. Overall would have been more satisfied if I paid 28. 35 I expected Montana state not restaurant) quality smoked bbq

Smokin Hot BBQ was well worth the visit. We were led here during a 'Guess Where? ' Trip and it will definitely be a staple anytime we pass Huntsville. We had the Brisket sandwich and pulled pork sandwich. Both were super tasty, juicy, and something that we will remember about our day for years to come. Although it was raining, their outdoor set-up was very welcoming. We loved the rustic picnic tables (all made with massive live edge wood) and vibes! Affordable sandwiches and generous portions of meat in the sandwiches. Will visit again soon!
