Harvey's / Swiss Chalet - Huntsville

Dine-in Dinner is always best. Take-out is just as tastey, but lacks the Happy friendly staff and patrons that we All enjoy at Swiss Chalet Huntsville, Yes, We LOVE Swiss Chalet Huntsville :

If I could give zero stars I would. For the first time in all of our years of dine-in experience, we just walked out of a restaurant hungry. We waited over 30 minutes and not once did our waitress, Stacey, come over, not even to say hello. We watched her walk to the other tables in our section, talking and serving other customers. We really tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, but when we saw both groups that arrived and were seated within minutes of us, get their food, we had had enough. I wish to point out that one group was in Stacey's section and the other was in Jen's, who was doubling as the hostess.We decided to drive over to Chuck's Roadhouse. We were welcomed by the hostess, seated and approached by our waiter within 5 minutes of arriving and our order taken approximately 10 minutes after that. Oh, I would be remiss if I did not mention that they were three times busier than the Swiss Chalet.

Frustrated. Ordered 1/4 chicken dinner as take out. Drove home only to discover there was only chicken and a bun. Tried calling the store but no one picks up. Where’s my fries??? Is there no one checking what is packed?

Gets worse and more disappointing every time we come. You can't actually order out because they just don't make the food ahead and ignore you when you come in to get it on top.We gave it one last chance with a sit in, and the server was lovely but the food is always prepared wrong/poorly. The shredded chicken sandwich had BONES in it. Not acceptable.

I love everything on this menu. Lately been the chicken wing dinner, so perfect!
