They forgot half of my order and were extremely rude when I went back to get what they forgot. And even then, still forgot to put in the extra sauces I paid for and the kids meal Goldfish cookie.
If I could rate this location zero stars I would. I ordered two Mr. Beast meals through the app and arrived at the location in the drive through exactly one minute before the “ready by” time. I was checked out for my order and asked to pull forward while they finished my meal and that they’d bring it out to me. I then proceeded to sit in the line with my screaming baby in the back for 15 minutes. It had been more than 25 minutes before I finally gave up, and pulled my crying 11 month old out of the car to go in and see what was happening. Just to find my order sitting on a rack. Ready. And nobody bringing it out to me. I brought it up to the counter and acknowledged that it was missing a drink and then carried everything, two drinks, a bag, and my baby back out to the car alone. And to top it off, my meal was cold.
As a frequent traveler from Illinois, Zaxby’s has become a staple when traveling through the south. Having stopped at many locations, this location has by far been the best. The food was on standard with what you’d expect from the chain. Prepared well, flavorful and a step above other fast food establishments. The time it took to receive the food was not absurdly long but did take maybe slightly longer than expected. Granted our party had a large order so we didn’t think anything of it. But the manager took it upon herself to bring us free dessert and apologize for the delay. This certainly solidified a great experience and shows this location is run with the upmost care and effort. Would strongly recommend this location.
Drive thru person rang up my order incorrectly and said that it’s too late to change it. Went to the window and they said the same thing. Double check your orders with customers before sending and customer service just goes out the window now?
