Zaxby's - Huntsville

I have eaten at this Zaxbys many times, and it was good. But yesterday it was not. I waited 15 minutes for chicken wings, and they litterly came out cold, plus the wings were super small. It was not a good value for my money. I sent them back, and they came out 1 minute later hot, which I assume they were put in the microwave. I'm not sure if I will be back.

The guy who served us was nice. He opened the door for me and my Dad (we came in while he was cleaning the doors). He also rung us up, answered our questions, and brought our food to us. The food was pretty sub par. We got spicy chicken sandwich combos. I was too scared to get a salad from this Zaxby's.

I do not understand why this particular Zaxby’s can not get things together. Today, we ordered 2 Great 8 boneless wing meals, 2 kiddie fingers, 2 coleslaw, and an extra Zac sauce. we were charged for everything but one coleslaw. We received two 5 count boneless wing meals, the kiddie fingers, extra HONEY MUSTARD, and no coleslaw. It was through the drive thru and they were not busy. We didn’t realize it until we got home (10-minutes away). They told us we would have to come to the store with the receipt and card to get our money back. We’ve realized that It’s just a complete lack of competency at this point.

Inside dining is great. Drive thru is a different story. They have someone taking your order no where near the menu, so you better know what you want (and you have no idea if they have a special item like the chipotle chicken tacos). Inside, we typically order a sauce for the dressing of our salad and it’s not an issue. However, it is consistently an issue when ordering through the drive thru. This last time they indicated that we ordered a ranch dressing when we did not, and they charged us extra for the sauce that we use as a dressing instead. Food is always good. Just make sure to go in!

I 'd rate 5 stars if therewasn 't such a STARK difference between the quality of food you get during the day vs at night. Whenever I come here during the day, my food is always fresh piping hot. The loaded fries are always LOADED with cheese ranch like they 're supposed to be and the container is filled up! The loaded fries are my absolute FAVORITE fast food meal to get by far because of how good the daytime crew makes them! 10/10 every single time. However, every time I 've been here after 5pm ish, the workers put significantly less food in the container I 'm lucky if they put more than a slight drizzle of ranch on top. Plus the cheese is never melted bc the food is always too cold to melt it : The lack of consistency is very disappointing especially considering how expensive Zaxby 's is. Shout out to the day crew for hooking my food up every single time, y 'all are the best!
