Surf’s Up - Huntsville

I ordered their fish and shrimp basket with Cajun fries. Everything tasted great my only complaint is their Cajun fries. Three maybe four fries had a little seasoning on it the rest were just plain. If my fries had more Cajun seasoning it would be a five star. Fish and shrimp is the real stars here.

The place was super busy on a Saturday evening but all the staff members had on their cool, calm and happy to help faces. Food was great! The catfish was juicy and the wings were crispy but not dried out. Update: the freaking Hennessy sauce is so good!

SO delicious! Got the catfish nugget daily special with fries- piping hot, perfectly seasoned and the customer service is great! Perfect spot for a take-out meal!! Note: my picture is missing one nugget if you?re counting because I ate it before thinking to take a photo! ????

Love, love, love this place. The food is so good. Pictured is catfish and a salmon burger. I've had other dishes as well since it so much to choose from. I haven't had a poboy or the lobster dish yet, but it's on my radar. They serve catfish, tilapia, whiting and perch. Many sides to choose from. You will wait a minute because all foods are cooked to order, so ordering ahead may be good choice.

Ordered for take out grilled shrimp tacos, and a fish po'boy with fries. There was a very healthy portion of tasty grilled shrimp for the tacos, cheese, salsa, sauce, lettuce, 3 tortillas all contained separately so I could assemble them myself, which I preferred so they didn't get soggy! Perfect! The po'boy was hearty and juicy delicious! Highly recommend this great little local spot. Friendly, helpful staff!
