I ordered chicken, dressing, cabbage, and yams. The chicken tasted old, definitely over two days old, and it was quite dry. The cabbage was surprisingly sweet—I’ve never encountered cabbage with sugar before. As for the yams, they were served in canned juice.

Fantastic service! Even during COVID-19, they deliver the food with a smile. This is always my favorite spot.

I really appreciated the atmosphere and the camaraderie among the staff. Although I only had a drink, I can tell the food is fantastic. I might be a bit biased since the owners are my family, but if you love Southern cooking, this is definitely a place worth visiting.

Was driving on the parkway, and saw this place on the right. never heard of it. decided to roll the dice. so glad I did! fried chicken, pintos, cornbread, and fried green tomatoes. all amazing! they made my chicken fresh to order. it took a little time, but they made sure it was properly cooked. food is to go only. the staff was friendly. I will be back!
