Rosie's Mexican Cantina - Huntsville

Rosie’s Mexican Cantina is the standard for other Mexican restaurants here in Huntsville. If you enjoy authentic Mexican cuisine, this is the place! With plenty of parking, AND sometimes a lengthy wait, Rosie’s is well worth it. Great service, free chips and salsa (unlimited), and great margaritas is just the start! The menu is huge and feel free to order à la carte! The food comes piping hot and your drinks will remain topped off by the staff. If you are in a hurry, the bar area is quick and efficient with a ton of libations to choose from! If you are a couple, I would highly recommend the Fajitas for Two! This dish is absolutely delicious and you will not regret all away hungry. If you love authentic Mexican cuisine, stop in and give them a try. Happy Eating!

This place is amazing. First night here and I will be coming back more often when I crave Mexican food. Originally I was hesitant in expectations due to the size of the restaurant. Typically I find the larger the restaurant and chain, the less likely the taste will be as Authentic . I was pleased by the aesthetics and atmosphere of the restaurant itself. It was full, but our server Zeke, was very attentive and gave us great service. We ordered the Tacos al Carbon and the Steak Fajitas. Both dishes came with bean soup, and an AMAZING gravy/buttered dip. With other typical sides. Everything tastes amazing for Tex Mex style. I 'm from California and the Mexican food is very different. This has been the best place on terms of Mexican food that I 've been to here in Huntsville area.

Our dinners were amazing. What you consider Chalupa we from the PNW call tostada 's so although what I ordered what I thought I was getting were 2 different things. It didn 't matter. It was so tasty and fresh. It was literally refreshing to eat! My husband had the Rosachimga. He enjoyed it immensely. My son had 2 tacos and the shells for his tacos were what I know as Chalupa shells. They were amazing! Fresh, soft and so good full of meat and fresh toppings. The waitress was ON IT! She got us new drinks before we were even finished and was very sweet and pleasant We will definitely be back next visit!

With a few friends for eating and drinks to celebrate. rosie hasn't disappointed at all! the food and drinks were excellent. the atmosphere was perfect with the best service of all time. highly recommended to come here.

My favorite Mexican restaurant. if you haven't been, I'll encourage you to go. their chips and salsa are wonderful and they can not beat the fajitas with freshly made tortillas.
