Offbeat Coffee Studio - Huntsville

I tried the iced mocha and an everything bagel with cream cheese. I believe the bagels are sourced from Canadian Bakin, so they're definitely a good choice! My bagel was delicious, although it did take a bit longer to toast and serve than I anticipated, especially considering the low foot traffic at the time. However, it was worth the wait for a warm CB bagel. The iced mocha was very smooth—not overly sweet—but rich in chocolate flavor. I appreciated the small ice cubes, and while the drink's portion was slightly smaller than I expected, I was still pleased with it. They also offer a variety of specialty drinks that change with the seasons. None of them caught my eye during my visit, but I've seen their holiday menus in the past featuring several tempting combinations. I would definitely return if something appealing popped up on their menu!

This is a unique and stylish coffee shop with a decent selection of coffee options. I tried their specialties, the Cereal Milk and the Maple Fall drink. The staff here are friendly and very helpful. I really enjoyed the Fall drink, but I was a bit let down by the Cereal Milk latte, as it lacked flavor and sweetness. I ended up having to add some stevia myself. Despite that, it's still a fantastic coffee shop overall.

One of the staff members recommended an iced drink that she described as a mocha and caramel latte, and it turned out to be absolutely delicious. The balance of caffeine and sweetness was just right. Plus, they use small crushed ice, which is my personal favorite. I highly recommend visiting this place. While indoor seating is limited, there is plenty of outdoor seating available.

Offbeat Coffee Studio is a gem located within the Downtown Huntsville Craft Coffee Trail. I enjoy exploring the local coffee scene, and this spot was a great choice. The atmosphere is inviting and has a distinctive vibe. The coffee is exceptional; I tried the mocha and it was delicious.

My friends and I recently got a pour over, single origin espresso, lucky charms latte, and a caramel latte, and they were ALL excellent. Maybe the best pour over menu in the state? Signature beverages are off the chain. My husband even bought a record! Super cute place that I love going to.
