Mexican Express - Huntsville

Don 't hesitate to give Mexican Express a try.We moved across town and hadn 't been there lately, but we sure have missed it. We made the trip today and am glad to report that nothing has changed. The food is still excellent. The beans and rice are the best in town. If you like your beans thick, dark and cheesy {think El Palacio) you are sure to love them. The entrees are just as good thick and meaty, and a really good value.If you call in your order a few minutes in advance you will be in and out in a flash. The place has been here for a very long time, so the owners know how to do things right. They pretty much have it down to a science. We will definitely make the trip more often from now on.Oh yes... this is a take out/delivery place only, so atmosphere is pretty much irrelevant.

The best Mexican food EVER! I will not eat anywhere else! The Chile Relleno is amazing! Hot sauce can’t beat! Owner is so nice as well!

We always get food delivered from them but I never been disappointed.

For those who miss El Palacio, this is the closest you'll get salsa, refried beans, chicken and beef dishes, lunch specials excellent!
