Mcdonald's - Huntsville

Not a big fan of McDonalds myself, but went for my son. The drive was really slow. He enjoyed his food

The service was fantastic, no waiting food hot and fresh and right I worked for this company Johnson and partners I think their guys love rock these McDonald's

Drive through was ridiculously slow. 10 minutes waiting for order. Definitely no fast food.

Cannot rate fewer stars sadly. Arrived at 945 AM and found drive thru completely wrapped around building. So obviously they are busy. Went inside to order instead as it typically would be much faster. No cashier visible. 7 customers waiting for food. 2 customers ahead of me waiting to order. Manager is working expo filling orders. NEVER even looks our way or apologizes for what appears to be a badly understaffed shift. Waited about 7 minutes, nobody got food, no orders taken, no cashier ever appears. All they seemed to be focusing on was the drive thru. Not a single employee ever looked our way or attempted to greet anyone or apologize for the circumstances. Left and went to a competitor. Cannot imagine how anyone thinks this is a good way to operate a business.

Food was fast but cold. Drinks had very little ice. Service was fairly friendly.
