Gibson's B-q - Huntsville

I absolutely adore this favorite spot in Huntsville. My friends and I visit at least once a month, and now we even have the option to get it delivered through GrubSouth. Their white sauce is a must-try, it's absolutely delicious!

The barbecue at this restaurant is excellent! My friend and I ordered the ribs, which were nicely sauced and perfectly tender. We also tried the meat-covered potato, which was buttery, creamy, and filled with cheesy goodness, and some of the best okra I've ever tasted. The other sides were decent but nothing out of the ordinary. For dessert, we had a really hot 'low sugar' peach cobbler that was surprisingly sweet. The service was very helpful and courteous, making for a very enjoyable experience overall.

I absolutely love dining at Gibsons. The service is fantastic, and the food is always top-notch. The breakfast options are delicious, and I especially adore the stuffed potatoes for lunch or dinner. The barbecue is consistently excellent as well. I can't praise the service enough - it's always prompt and friendly. Whether dining solo or with a group, Gibsons is a great place to go.

The biscuits in the mornings are the best breakfast around.

Best BBQ Potato in Town. Gibson's has the best BBQ baked potato in town. The potato is very large and it is covered with lots of meat and all the usual fixins. The red sauce complements this meal! I would highly recommend the BBQ baked potato! I would also avoid the white sauce!
