Dunkin' - Huntsville

This dunkin is just not good. I was there often for a daddy daughter Donut day, but the service is really bad. They're almost always from Donuts. If you order something hot like Hash Browns, you had better expected to wait a while. You will not know how long a while is because they will not tell you, nor will they tell you when the food is ready. You basically go to the pick-up area and ask for about 10 minutes, and they say let me check, and immediately come back with your food. It's like your question magically made it available. Not even, but every time over two years.

Great food and good service. But the cashier didn't wear her mask right.

If I couldn't give stars to this place, I would. Group working today (1/28/2021) during the midday shift was completely unprofessional. Always bad about the customers who are in the facility, completely out of several things like the different types of black coffee. The caramel coffee I received was terrible and was so cold that it was unstable, refused to repair it. Donuts were disgusting and barely edible. Will not return. Call society.

The lady was really rude and wouldn't give me a minute to say what I wanted. If you treat your customers like this, I won't come back. Maybe you can learn one or two from Starbucks how to treat your customers!

I?ve had coffee here several times, but a recent visit was so bad we called corporate. The coffee was undrinkable and when we got home to poor out the swill, the cups were 2/3 full at best. Okay we were unhappy and out $9 but we were so concerned that we felt the manger needed to know ASAP, so we called, they took our info and assured us we?d get a call from management within 48 hours. That was a couple of weeks ago.
