Carrabba's Italian Grill - Huntsville

The food was exceptional, and the service couldn't have been better. We really enjoyed the atmosphere; the music was delightful and set at a volume that allowed for easy conversation. Overall, it was a high-quality experience.

I visited on a Sunday afternoon and enjoyed great food and flavors. The service was prompt, and the ambiance was typical for this chain. However, it could benefit from more attention to detail.

I found a roach crawling out of my silverware roll. The server just laughed it off and gave us new utensils. The food seemed to taste and look as if it were 3D printed. As for the prices...

The food was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The service was excellent. My husband ordered the steak, and I went with the veal, and we were both very happy with our choices! This is my favorite Italian restaurant in Huntsville so far. The only downside was that the zucchini appetizer arrived a bit cold, but we finished every bit of it anyway!

On this visit, I was solo, so I took a seat at the bar where there were plenty of chairs. The bartender also served my table, and I received excellent service. I ordered Mama Mandola's Chicken Soup, which is always delightfully spicy and packed with chicken, pasta, carrots, and other vegetables. It's one of my favorite dishes here, and I could easily be content with just a glass of wine and a bowl of this soup. Along with my meal, I was served a basket of warm bread accompanied by olive oil and spices. The bread is always fresh, and there's more than enough to enjoy. I saved some to pair with the bolognese sauce. For my main course, I chose spaghetti bolognese, which arrived in a generous bowl at a perfect temperature, enveloped in a spicy meat sauce. The noodles were cooked just right, and the flavor was outstanding. Carrabba's features a solid wine list, offering options for small or large pours as well as bottles. There are various Italian and American wines available, ranging from affordable house selections to higher-end varieties, although some of the better wines aren’t offered by the glass. Overall, this visit provided great food, excellent service, good wine, and a pleasant atmosphere. I definitely plan to return to try more items on the menu, perhaps starting with the Chicken Bryan, which I've heard is fantastic.
