The Dining Room At The Castle - Huntly

A true castle with a rich history! A wonderful family! This was the best trip in Scotland, and a special thank you to Nikki, our tour guide who showed us the top places to visit. Greetings to your amusing parents! Best wishes from the Austrians.

Food was good but very slow service and staff not very friendly. Wanted pudding but they took so long we just left after main meal. They was not very busy at the time.

Food was good, no hot water for a bath or shower, very sma. Towel rail didn't work which left no heating in the bathroom. Room heating was via a free standing electric heater. Rooms need updating.Staff are very helpful and go out of their to help you.

As a former staff member, I wanted to leave a note that the hotel is currently closed for renovations. The anticipated reopening is scheduled for early 2023, but this timeline may change. Therefore, I recommend contacting the hotel before planning your visit!
