Little Caesars Pizza - Huntley

I ordered online and arrived at the restaurant when my order was supposed to be ready. After waiting for an hour, I noticed that no one had greeted anyone in the waiting area. Meanwhile, the pizzas were sitting on the counters, and they were served cold.

I was charged twice by the manager, Lyric. When I tried to explain the situation, they refused to reverse the charges. The manager suggested I contact my bank to dispute it. I called my bank, and now I plan to reach out to him to report the issue. I won’t be returning!

The customer service here is terrible. The staff barely acknowledges your presence, leaving you to sit for a long time without taking your order. I've never experienced anything like it, and it wasn't just a one-time issue. I would recommend going elsewhere.

The teenager who worked tonight? 10/18/2022 about 20:30 deserves an increase! He made my pizza so delicious and made it an amazing experience. Amazing worker!

Everytime I go here the pizza is over cooked. There's like a 10% chance the pizza is fine. The other 90% of the time it's way too well done. I also attempted to call in the order, but they said they don't take orders over the phone now? Yeesh. This is the last time I'll be going here. I'd advise you to try elsewhere to avoid headaches.
