Marco's Pizza - Huntington

The staff member at the counter delivered outstanding customer service and was very welcoming. However, I found the pizza and sub to be somewhat disappointing. The pizza had an unbalanced crust-to-topping ratio, with an excess of crust. Moreover, the bread of the sub was quite hard.

The manager was really friendly and did a great job addressing the issue we faced. Furthermore, the delivery driver was fantastic, delivering our tasty hot food very quickly.

We had a fantastic experience at Marco's Pizza, both with the pizza and the service. This was our first visit, and we were truly impressed!

I've heard a lot of great things about Marco's pizza from many people, and I get that taste is a matter of personal preference. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is really friendly. However, I didn’t enjoy their pizza. I found the sauce to be a bit too sweet and the crust harder than I prefer. I tried it twice when I lived just two blocks away, but I've decided that Marco's isn't for me anymore.

I’m here with Marcos, and I'm doing everything I can to steer clear of this place. Josh, the General Manager, seems indifferent to both customers and staff. The owner, Jeff, doesn’t even bother to adjust his schedule for the restaurant. They attempt to operate this place at a lower cost than Little Caesars while charging sit-down restaurant prices for very basic food. Don’t waste your time or money here; there are plenty of great pizza options in Huntington, but this isn't one of them.
