Leilu - Huntington

The burger came on a toasted brioche bun with melted cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, and a fried egg on top. Accompanied by crispy tater tots, it was a truly indulgent choice—absolutely delicious! The omelet was generous, with eggs cooked to perfection, and the combination of flavors created a delightful savory bite. The poached eggs on the Eggs Benedict were flawless; it's hard to replicate such perfection at home. The use of risotto cakes instead of English muffins not only added a unique twist but also introduced more depth of flavor and a satisfying crunch. Despite how full we felt, we managed to save room for a shared slice of Maple Walnut Cake. Adorned for Halloween, it was a visually striking piece with black icing, a green pistachio layer, and other spooky decorations. Thankfully, these festive touches did not overpower the cake's moist texture and just-right sweetness; it was a luscious treat. They also offer a charming autumn dinner menu, and the prices are quite reasonable considering the quality of the food. The owners were warm and attentive, ensuring that everything was to our satisfaction, which was truly refreshing! I can’t wait to return!

I ordered chicken and waffles for takeout, and I was really disappointed. The chicken was about the size of my ear, and unfortunately, it was barely edible. There was more breading than actual chicken—I've had chicken nuggets with more meat! The syrup or honey that came with it was also terrible. As for the waffles, they tasted like they came straight from a box. Overall, it was not a good experience.

Charming little place! We enjoyed dining outdoors. The service was quick, and the staff was very friendly. The food was delicious.

The food options looked so delicious that it was hard to choose which entree we actually wanted to eat. The presentation of the food was stunning, the actual food was absolutely delicious and the owner and his team were just unbelievably kind. I will go there over and over! It's highly recommended!

Delightful dinner at Leilu, a new favorite spot in Huntington. Great vibe which immediately registers with the warm hospitality extended by the lovely husband and wife duo, James and Meghan upon arrival. The menu was creative and eclectic but seemed to have comfort in mind. I liked that. Everything was delicious, particularly the burrata salad and seared tuna. There is something special about Leilu, difficult to describe, but there is a lot of heart in the matter. We will beback to this charming neighborhood restaurant, and not just because a perfect classic Gin martini can be had at the bar, but because true hospitality is an art, and difficult, and Meghan and James nailed it.
