Cook Out - Huntington

I really wished they could take the orders correctly then make the orders correctly.. I always order the Big Double Cheeseburger Tray with bacon, cheese, pickles and onion only with a Dr Pepper[Mr Pib] no ice.. I get home and my burger has mustard, lettuce, 1 pickle and no onion.. blah.. onions make the burger the best, my French fries was good with the Cajun seasoning but my Dr Pepper[Mr Pib] had ice in it which I asked for no ice. Really disappointed cause it's getting worse all the time.. may just stop visiting! Js

Love stopping here every time I pass through. The food is great but I mostly go for the shakes. 40+ flavors and they mix em ?

3/27 in drive thru, told to with a lot of attitude slow down and speak clear. I promise you it 's not my speaker . Left. Never again. Made a corporate complaint. Save your effort on the copy and paste generic response. Nothing will change. Retraining doesn 't fix a attitude like that.

Good food here. Customer service is usually top notch here. The prices are raised on their items on a regular basis in comparison to other places.

Excellent service! We had a big group and they handled perdectly! Hot food and great shakes!
